Introduction
“vkresidency and resorts “ is committed to your satisfaction. If you have purchased booked slot/subscription from vkresidency and resorts and are unhappy with the service received, you may be eligible for a refund/partial refund if requested within 2 days of the original purchase date.
Refunds of Services:
To be eligible for return and refund, the following steps must be taken:
- Refund must be requested in writing by contacting vkresidency25@gmail.com
- Request of refund must be made within 2 days of the original purchase date
- Request must be returned to vkresidency and resorts immediately, according to the instructions you will receive once contacting vkresidency25@gmail.com as directed in step 1
Non-refundable Items:
The following items are non-returnable as stated at the time of purchase on https://www.vkresidency.com
- Damaged cooked products
- spolied items inside room
Refunds of Subscription/booked Based Service:
To be eligible for a refund on any booked/subscription based service, the following steps must be taken:
